I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. ”

The first room I was given did not have working toilet, while the second, given as a replacement, had shower cabin doors falling apart when you want to close them before using shower. “Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Wir haben es sehr genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es waren sehr gute Geräte und Utensilien vor Ort. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Handtücher, sowie die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm. Was uns aufgefallen ist, das es sehr wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten in den Zimmern und Hacken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern gab. Die Couch war leider etwas klein für sechs Personen. Und im vorderen kleineren Schlafzimmer gab es eine Lüftung die klapperte,……
